Its so interesting to do another online Family Constellations workshop after doing a week face to face (it was my first in -person workshop since Covid... since March 2020!) I have to say I love both and ...both work -as the work is mysteriously beyond space and time in any ordinary sense.

As this was so successful and so in demand, I will do ANOTHER face to face Week Intensive over May Day — in London, a non residential week intensive of the Family Constellations- its very close to Hampstead Heath (all details below) do book it very soon. My husband Rupert Sheldrake will give us another talk on Epigenetics in relation to Morphic Resonance.

And…this work gets better and better every time you do it.

I will give the next online Healing Voice workshop on December 9-10 which as I have mentioned before is an opportunity to learn the astonishing Overtone Chanting, to be in tune and so much more, including the activation of the Vagus Nerve — which has been in the news so much recently — doctors are now saying that unravelling the secrets of the vagus nerve will revolutionise medicine — calling it the key to depression, anxiety, arthritis, alcoholism, post-Covid problems, fatigue, digestion issues, obesity, migraine, epilepsy, dementia, immune conditions, sepsis, Crohn’s disease, inflammation — and so, so much more. By far the easiest, best and least intrusive way to activate the vagus nerve is to chant. In the Healing Voice workshops I teach how to use our voices to change our lives in so many ways.

The next Online Family Constellations workshop will be in the New Year, on January 26/27/28- Its such a miraculous process for restoring order within the family - for understanding the family through time and space and giving us such a unique perspective from above, for experiencing it through the eyes of multiple members and for bringing back estranged or entangled members and ….most important of all - restoring love.

As I always like to time the work with the important celestial markers to intensify the work, the second in person week intensive is happening over the magical period of May Day — a fertility festival and one which announces the beginning of summer. This will be my second Face to Face... in person …workshop -a London Non-Residential, Week Intensive Workshop on April 27-May 3rd This will be a family Constellation Week and as before, I will to work with everyone. During this, as just now, my husband Rupert Sheldrake will give us a wonderful session on epigenetics, the inheritance of acquired characteristics and family fields as they relate to his theory of Morphic Resonance.

By popular demand, my two albums – Overtone Chanting Meditations and The Healing Voice – are now available for download. These include both solo and group overtone chanting. I still have a few physical CDs and even cassette tapes as well, which you can order by calling or emailing me.

Liberation Through the Ecstasy of Chant Learn and practice the ethereal and meditative technique of ancient Mongolian overtone chanting. Overtone chanting or harmonic chant in its many forms, is originally found in Central Asia — in Mongolia, Tibet and Tuva and is one of the most powerful methods of sound healing or healing with the voice.

In this workshop and sound therapy session I combine transformative breath, mantra, sound meditation, sacred sound, shamanic chant and sonorous dream work. We learn vocal purifications and ways to set parts of the body into resonance, cleanse and tune the chakras, and learn sonorous massage. We heal and purify redundant parts of ourselves so we can be acknowledged in the fullness of our potential as luminous human beings.

Working with the voice in this way empowers our lives, balances our mind and body, frees our voice, bringing physical health, emotional joy and spiritual ecstasy.

Sonorous Shamanic family constellations – Find the keys that set yourself, your family, and future generations free; transform clamorous ancestors into benign allies and powerful guides.

I use a unique method combining chant, ceremony and systemic family constellation therapy, to heal the resonant fields of your family. Through this family and ancestral healing, we unlock persistent patterns so that order and joy is restored.

When ancestors or family members have died or left the family at a young age or under unusual or difficult circumstances – such as accidents, suicides, wars, addictions, emigrations, incarcerations, adoptions – these or other traumas of separation cause painful patterns of exclusion to be frozen in time, trapped in the unconscious field of the family, and can become like magnets, which later generations may be drawn unconsciously to repeat.
